Facial hair

Crews containing any member sporting a hipster style beard will incur a penalty, the value of which will be calculated by the length of the beard divided by the age of the rower. Normal beards are fine. The decision on whether a beard is hip or not will be taken by whoever is running the BBQ at the time.
