Dates for forthcoming spring Angling competitions on the canal have been added to the club calendar courtesy of Bex.
There are scheduled events on the 16/04, 30/04, 07/05, 28/05, 04/06, 11/06 so expect extra numbers of fishermen on these dates.
Monday evening sculling is back on now the clocks have changed!
Gerry will be running a beginners class at 1830 starting Monday 27th March.

Gloucester Boathouse will be a new home in Gloucester for rowing, canoeing and other paddle sports, drawing participants from across Gloucestershire.
The Gloucester-Sharpness canal provides excellent and safe conditions for these sports and is a unique resource for the county and the South West. The iconic new centre will provide much needed facilities for all types of paddle-based water sports and for all sections of the Gloucestershire community on the canal not far from the City centre.

Gloucester-Hartpury scooped its first ever title at British rowing's premier event - Henley Royal Regatta - as the Under-18s girls quad bounced back from a nasty crash to claim glory.
On the morning of the final, the crew of Alice Bowyer, Charlotte Hodgkins-Byrne, Jessica Newson and Flo Pickles crashed with a moored boat and snapped three oars in their warm-up row.
